Party Reservation Request

Want to throw a party at HHSC's beautiful pool and pavilion this summer? Here's how to reserve it! We ask you to submit your reservation request at least 72 hours before the expected event time to ensure we have adequate staffing on hand. Please fill out the form below to reserve your party...you will be charged $25 via credit card to reserve your spot which will allow you to reserve up to 2 tables for 2 hours in the pavilion for a limit of 50 people (members and guests combined). We ask you to list any guests by name below so we can have a sign in sheet at check in waiting for them when they come in. Guests who are HHSC members should check-in as usual at your party time, and guests will be recorded on a check in sheet. The party can occupy no more than 2 tables in the pavilion area. Upon receipt of your request, a staff member will contact you to confirm your choice of date/time and discuss any additional details with you. For questions, please email [email protected].

Party Guests

When you submit your party reservation request, we will confirm the date via email, and send a shared google spreadsheet where HHSC members and guests can be listed. You will be charged $6/person attended after the party is done. It will be billed to your monthly HHSC account.
We are only able to reserve up to 2 tables for each event. Use of the island is first-come, first-serve, with priority given to paid party reservations. Folding tables are also available for use if the island is unavailable.

Party Payment

Your party reservation fee covers the advance reservation of up to two picnic tables under the pavilion for a two hour party reservation. Parties lasting longer than that can continue to use the facilities as long as the host is still at the club, but they cannot keep their table reservation if there are other guests waiting for a table to use.
